This week’s grocery haul was pretty small. I tend to either be in “stock up” mode or “let’s eat up what we have in the freezer” mode…..but nowhere in between. Right now I’m all about using up what we have. But it’s getting a little bit more sparse, so I’m thinking at some point soon, I’ll need to stock up on meat again.
Here’s what I picked up this week:
Seasoned French Fries $1.75
Crinkle Cut French Fries $1.65
2.5 lb frozen chicken tenderloins $5.79
Yogurt Squeezies $2.99
1 lb Mild Italian Sausage (x2) $2.99/ea
1 pt Organic Chicken Broth (x2) $1.79/ea
1 dz Large Eggs (x2) $0.99/ea
Refried Beans (x3) $0.79/ea
4 oz. Diced Green Chiles $0.65
16 oz Sour Cream $0.99
1 gal Whole Milk $1.35
Organic Orange Juice $3.79
Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips $1.49
Cheddar Sour Cream Potato Chips $1.49
Iceberg Lettuce $0.89
2 lb Zucchini Squash $1.79
8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese (x2) $1.89/ea
Provolone Cheese Slices $1.99
Organic Cheddar Cheese Slices $2.99
Organic Colby Jack Cheese Slices $2.99
Yogurt Smoothie (x2) $0.85
Total: $51.98
Overall, I’m really happy with my total for this week. As I’ve mentioned before, in my opinion, you just can’t beat Aldi’s prices. If you have one near you and you haven’t checked it out yet….you should! 😉
Until next week,
Happy Shopping!! 🙂
